Through our partner Cedar, you can view your insurance details, track balances, receive reminders, and even set up a custom 0% interest payment plan that fits your budget.
We also offer flexible financing through CareCredit, a healthcare-focused credit option that lets approved patients spread out their dental costs in convenient monthly payments, including for care not fully covered by insurance.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Call us at (646) 535-0969 if you need to reschedule your dental appointment. Please make sure to do so more than 48 hours before your appointment time. We reserve that time specifically for you, and our appointments are in high demand, so we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.
You can also log into your profile on the Tend app to make any changes needed, including cancelling and rescheduling.

We recommend scheduling a cleaning and checkup every six months, which is the common practice for most patients. These routine appointments allow us to detect minor problems such as early decay or gum disease before they escalate or require more costly treatment.
Some patients may need to come in more frequently, especially if they have a history of gum disease, wear orthodontic appliances like aligners, or are more prone to plaque buildup. Your dentist will work with you to develop a personalized care plan tailored to your needs, ensuring you receive appropriate care at the right times.
Even if everything looks great, cleanings help remove plaque and tartar that brushing and flossing alone can't remove, and they’re key to keeping your smile feeling fresh and looking its best.

We’ll also review your dental history and talk about your goals (whether it’s improving your oral health or brightening your smile). Plus, you'll have plenty of time to ask any questions you may have, all at a relaxed pace.
