This was seriously the best experience ever. Everyone is so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. I received fantastic care in a clean and welcoming environment. Amazing amenities too - I watched The Office on Netflix after using a heated eye mask. I was so comfy I fell asleep. I can't wait to come back.
I had a great experience at my cleaning today - the facility was clean and aesthetically pleasing, staff was amazing and their equipment was top notch. I received a welcome pouch with a tooth brush and toothpaste, custom tv sign, fun glasses to wear, beats headphones for my pre-selected show - truly and experience not expected at a dental office. I walked away with a thorough consultation and feeling excited for my next visit in 6 months!

From The warm and friendly greeting at the door, to the Cleanliness of the facility, to the professionalism and warmth of the staff… Could not ask for more! Now y'all gon see this review and think I'm lying. This has been the absolute best dental office and visit I have had. My hygienist Sierra was SO sweet and I had THE most painless and thorough cleaning I have ever had. They listened, they gave feedback, they let me watch 90 Day Fiancé during my gingivitis cleaning and gave me cute sunglasses to do so. They gave me a free toothbrush, toothpaste AND pouch and they have a cute area you can brush before your appointment if you’re coming from work like I was. No one made me feel embarrassed, no one made me feel less than, I was treated kindly and with dignity. Sierra continuously checked on with me and regularly reassured me I was doing well.

I can't express how grateful I am to Tend Dentistry in Chelsea. After my son accidentally lost his two front teeth, the emergency room was of no help, and a specialist within the hospital network had inconvenient hours. In my desperation, I turned to Grok2, which led me to Tend Dentistry. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly reassuring. Jaida W., the shift leader, was fantastic - she was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about insurance procedures, which made the whole process much less stressful. Dr. Okeke was nothing short of a miracle worker. She, along with her assistant, managed to alleviate all my son's pain and even provided him with temporary teeth. Great experience getting a tooth filling redone in my first visit. Both the doctor and dental hygienist were super friendly and made the procedure quick and easy. Although my insurance is paying for most of the treatment, I really appreciate how upfront and straightforward they are about the cost of the treatment.

Best dental office experience I have ever had. HANDS DOWN. They have top of the line tech which made everything such a smooth experience, but mostly the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and kind—from the front desk associate to the dentist all around great treatment. My dental hygienist, Kim was so attentive and you can tell he truly cares about his job. He went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed even though I arrived a little late (someone give him a raise ASAP!!) Did not feel like they were pushy with any treatments that I may not need like other dentists. Truly will be a client for life.
Great experience! Very friendly and professional service. I went in for a regular checkup and the whole process was a breeze. They accepted my insurance and told me their costs prior to my appointment. They were punctual and didn't make me wait in the lobby at all. You get to watch Netflix during your appointment. I have a ton of anxiety about these visits and have never been great with follow up but not this time. Everyone there does an amazing job of putting you at ease. Your first visit is designed to be both thorough and welcoming. Here’s what it includes:
- A complete dental exam to assess your teeth, gums, bite, and overall oral health
- Digital x-rays for a detailed look below the surface (with significantly lower radiation than traditional x-rays)
- A gentle, professional cleaning tailored to your needs
- A one-on-one conversation with your dentist, who will walk you through any findings, answer your questions, and create a treatment plan if needed
We’ll also review your dental history, talk about your goals (whether it’s improving your oral health or brightening your smile), and give you time to ask questions—without feeling rushed.
The environment is designed to feel calm and spa-like, so you can relax and actually enjoy taking care of your smile.
Call us at 212-257-3455. Just make sure to do so more than 48 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance, we’ll have to charge you a $50 fee. If you don’t make it at all, we’ll have to charge you a $100 fee. This is because we reserved that time specifically for you, and our appointments are in high demand.
