Absolutely love this dentist. Every time I’ve been, the hygienist has been spectacular and so nice and fun. They’re not pushy, take time to explain things I’ve treatments are needed, and are efficient in their operations. Oh and also the place is really clean and modern, which is a total plus. Highly recommend!

I love love loveddddd my experience! This was my first time and the place was gorgeous, clean. I was welcomed upon entry and helped right away. Everything felt personalized. I enjoyed being a part of the whole visit, I saw my X-rays right on the screen in front of me as they were being taken, I got to watch a show which I chose before hand while I had my cleaning done. The dentist explained every part of the exam and what she was doing, what she found. Best dental experience ever!

The staff are so kind. The doctors take the time to talk to you and explain things clearly as well present options to you to make you feel comfortable. I don’t like the dentist’s in general and I enjoy going to TEND every time. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

I don’t have enough good things to say about Tend. I have had a history of dental anxiety but now for the first time in my life, I look forward to going to the dentist. Everyone who works there, from the front desk staff, to the hygienists to the dentists and orthodontists are all kind, welcoming and knowledgeable.

I was recommended Tend when I first moved here, and I’ve been loving my experience ever since! They are very flexible and willing to figure out the best plan for you. They always make sure I’m comfortable, and with their TVs, it’s a much easier experience if you’re not fond of going to the dentist. Shoutout to Nancy who always makes sure my sensitive teeth and I are cared for!

I am never leaving Tend. They make you feel comfortable, heard, and I’ve never had such a great experience at a dental office. I had 2 cavities filled and didn’t feel even feel a pinch when given the novocaine. 5 stars to the entire staff 😁

The doctors are highly competent and compassionate as are all the assistants and hygienists that I’ve been lucky enough to meet. Really, it’s that good!

Tend walked me through all my teeth, literally one by one ;) they gave me a complete update. They gave my options of what I can do and what I needed to do: At the end they had a full Plan turned around within minutes to match what I agreed to get done. Their Moto when you sit “ this space was created for you “. That’s exactly the experience , everything they do is shown on the screen in front of you personalized with your own Results. From the greeting at the front desk staff to the doctor and assistants, I had a seamless experience at Tend for my root canal treatment. It was completely painless; I actually lost track of time watching a show during the treatment. Everyone made me feel at ease. Two thumbs up for Dr. Yoo, Rosa and Jonell!

Have been seeing Dr Payriani for years. And he is lovely. Overall I’ve been to many tend locations. Always great service and easy to get into and schedule with. The shift lead took the time to help with a billing issue today and was very kind and thoughtful!

Who really likes going to the dentist? I was embarrassed by my teeth. The staff and Dr. Leonard made me feel so very comfortable. I highly recommend.

I have been extremely impressed by Tend especially this location! The staff here are very friendly and take the time to explain everything and teach how to improve your oral health. You can definitely tell they care about their patients and are passionate about teeth! Will absolutely recommend to anyone for which I have already!

Can I say, I’ve been to a bunch of dental offices and the Tend location on Capitol Hill is the best place. I’m sure the other tend offices are amazing as well but this was the only location I’ve been too and the front desk, hygienists and dentists are so kind and considerate. They always ask if I feel any pain or ask if I’d like to turn the channel to any particular show I’d like to watch while I get my cleaning. The tools they use are top of line and I have never had any issues with them working with my health insurance. I have Delta Dental and I’ve never needed to do any extra work to resolve any coding issues like I had to do in Hawaii and some offices in the DMV. When coming to see my family after the holidays I literally scheduled an appointment to see them. I now only trust them to work on my teeth. I had prior issues in the past with dental offices not related to Tend on Maple Lawn where I found that they were doing unnecessary fillings and went to this office the first time and they showed me my X-ray and said I didn’t need the fillings.

I go to Tend in DC and honestly, it’s been the best dental experience I’ve had. Everyone there is super friendly and the whole place feels clean, modern, and calming. Dr. Soni is wonderful. She’s incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. I felt really taken care of, and she explained everything clearly without rushing. If you’re in DC and looking for a dentist who actually makes you feel comfortable, I’d definitely recommend Tend!

Wasn’t looking forward to my root canal but Dr. Yu made it painless. Managed to go about my day right after the procedure. It’s been a few days since the procedure but so far so good. Also the Studio Manager, Neday was so extremely helpful. Thank you all.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Tend! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. Dr Ayaz was fantastic! He took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and informed about my treatment. The dental hygienist Alex was also wonderful, gentle yet thorough. He provided excellent tips for maintaining my oral health. Genesis was also very pleasant and made sure I was comfortable throughout my X-Rays. The entire visit was not only efficient but also pleasant, which is a rarity when it comes to dental appointments. Highly recommend Tend to anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience.

I have been going to Tend Navy Yard since 2021. They set me up with an incredible treatment plan that has allowed me to progress through all the procedures that I needed. My latest treatment earlier this year with Dr. Cevallos and Alexa was perfect. The care and attention to detail made all the difference. I took my mother to this medical practice today, which was a refreshing change from our previous experiences. My mother, who doesn't speak English, often found it challenging to communicate at other clinics. However, this practice stood out by offering interpreter services, a feature we hadn't encountered elsewhere. This was a significant positive aspect for us. Additionally, I want to extend special thanks to the store manager, Leslie, and our hygienist Edith for her exceptional assistance throughout our visit.

I give my experience with tend a 10 out of 10. From walking into a beautiful inviting space and getting useful welcome gift, to staff and practitioners using your preferred name, it immediately sets you at ease. I especially loved walking into the hygienist suite where the TV monitor showed my message “Hello Manna, we’ve prepared this suite just for you.“ Each person I encountered was kind and attentive to comfort needs. They thoroughly explained each step of the process for examining my teeth then the doctor’s consultation followed by the cleaning. I am so glad that my insurance plan is in network with Tend because there isn’t another place. I’d trust with my dental health.

Felt so at ease and comfortable at this location. Everyone treated me incredibly well and with patience and ensured I didn’t feel any pain and was watching my favorite show on Netflix!

Wonderful experience at Tend Rockefeller. The staff members are friendly, the facility is super clean and modern, and my dentist Dr. Vana B is amazing. She explains the procedures very thoroughly and she is attentive. Excellent work. Dental assistant Rosa ensured I was comfortable and well-cared for throughout my appointment. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Dan Kim! He was incredibly personable and took the time to thoroughly explain my dental issue in detail. I’ve been dealing with a recurring problem that two other dentists couldn’t resolve. Even one of whom nearly cost me a significant amount of money. Thankfully, Dr. Kim was able to get me on the right track, saving me from unnecessary stress and expense. I’ve also struggled with teeth grinding for as long as I can remember. Other professionals brushed it off as stress with no real solutions, but Dr. Kim provided actionable steps to address it, and I’m so grateful. His patience, kindness, and genuine care made me feel confident enough to trust him completely. I’ll definitely be returning to Dr. Kim and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy dentist!
