This dental membership plan does not meet the minimum essential coverage standards for health insurance.
A Tend Dental Membership Plan makes dental care more accessible if you don’t have traditional dental insurance. Instead of dealing with deductibles, claims, or waiting periods, you pay a simple annual or monthly fee that covers essential routine and preventive care and provides preferred pricing on additional treatments.

Which Tend Dental Membership Plan is right for me?
The right Tend Dental Membership Plan for you depends on your dental health care needs. The Standard plan offers two dental cleanings per year, while the Premium plan includes three. The Perio plan is advised for members needing ongoing gum disease treatment, deep cleanings, and regular maintenance visits.

No, you can’t combine insurance with the Dental Membership Plans. The membership plan is an alternative to traditional insurance. If you don't have insurance, we can advise you on which membership plan option will save you the most on dental care.

Are there enrollment dates with a Tend Dental Membership Plans?
No, because a Dental Membership Plan isn’t like traditional insurance. You can sign up anytime, and your benefits begin immediately. You're covered for a year from the start of your plan. There are no deductibles, annual maximums, or pre-approvals needed. This membership plan does not meet the minimum essential coverage standards for health insurance.
